I’m Federica Cantù, a destination wedding planner in Italy. My story is one built on a lifelong passion for travel, a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, and an innate love for art and design. For years, I channeled my meticulous and organized nature into the world of corporate events, incentive travels and conventions, creating large-scale experiences that demanded precision and creativity.

With this experience I’ve been able to travel a lot, all over the world and grow more and more professionally. My perspective, however, shifted in 2014, when I got married. I felt a powerful pull to work surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Italy. Travel, yes! But throughout my country.

In 2016, I became a mother, and after a few years of experience planning weddings for Italian couples in Italy, I decided to specialize in destination weddings.

I attended several industry-specific courses and I began working with couples coming from all over the world, helping them create their dream weddings. I remain professional and focused, yet I believe in being a warm and steady presence for my couples, guiding them with confidence and calm through one of life’s most precious journeys.

This desire, combined with my professional background, led me to a new calling: crafting unforgettable weddings in Italy’s most wonderful venues.

That’s why I live and work close to Lake Como. But I have never stopped travelling around the world. Sometimes I even had the chance to meet some couples at their own home.

It all begins with you. You’ll share your story, your vision, and your dreams for your wedding day. My role is to listen intently, understanding the unique essence of your love story to serve as the blueprint for everything that follows

We'll collaboratively create a detailed and transparent budget. This is tailored to your specific vision, necessary services, and financial resources, ensuring every decision is made with clarity and confidence, with no hidden surprises along the way.

Curated venue scouting and selection

Drawing from my network of over 2,000 Italian venues, I filter and pre-select the very best options based on your budget, style, and needs. I will present you with a curated portfolio of around 10 dream locations to choose from

Designing your dream

We will create a custom moodboard, a visual story that captures the unique style and design of your wedding. This is paired with a detailed budget presentation for complete transparency. When possible, we’ll arrange private catering tests to ensure every flavour is perfect

Expert vendor curation

I will introduce you to a trusted team of Italy’s finest vendors. For each category — be it floral design, catering, or photography — I will provide a selection of three vetted professionals for you to choose from. Once you decide, I handle all the contracts and logistics

Meticulous timeline & logistical mastery

I design a flawless master timeline that respects your desires and allows every vendor to work in perfect harmony. Crucially, this plan is built on my deep understanding of Italy's complex local logistics — a key advantage that ensures smooth execution. This phase includes all necessary site inspections with vendors to guarantee precision.

On your wedding day, my only goal is to ensure everything is perfect so that you can be present in every moment. I am there to manage the timeline, coordinate every vendor, and handle any unforeseen circumstances, guaranteeing a completely stress-free celebration for you and your guests
